Today I did the Tuesday Workout. The workout's are: Wall sits, Squats, and Burpees.
The first workout I did was Wall Sits. A wall sit is like sitting on a chair, but using the wall.
The second workout I did was Squats. Squats are like going down, like sitting in a toilet and going up again.
The last workout I did was the Burpees. Burpees are getting to a push up position and jumping back up.
I enjoyed this exercise activity. My muscles were burning doing the Wall sits because I had to lean on thewall and all the pain was coming from my laps. When I finished the workouts my legs were shaking.
