Thursday Workout

 I did the Thurday workout. The workouts were: runing in the spot, wall sits, squats, and burpee

The first work out I did was running on the spot. Runing on the Spot is staying in a spot and running as fast as you can. 

The next workout I did was wall sits. A wall sit is pretending siting in a chair but using the wall. 

Then I did squats. Sqauts is like bending down like your on the toliet and making sure your knees go over your toes.

The last workout I did was burpees. Burpees is going into a pressup then pushing up with a jump. 

I enjoyed these workouts including running on the spot.

  1. Malo e leilei Atu, it's Miss Cockeram here. Go you, keeping fit and continuing your learning during lockdown! Good to see you doing your stretches in between so you don't get sore muscles. Were your muscles burning during the squats? Take care and nice to see your sister in the video too.

  2. Thank you and no my muscles did not burn while doing squats my muscles were buning doing the wall sit.
